Przedsiębiorstwo Farmaceutyczne LEK-AM Sp. z o.o. is one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies on the Polish market.

At the moment, the Company employs more than 400 people, which is gradually increasing, along with the expansion of individual Company departments.

The Company manufactures its preparations in the town of Zakroczym, near Warsaw. The manufacturing facilities include a cutting-edge pharmaceutical-production plant, and a laboratory equipped with the highest-quality equipment.

The production lines and laboratories operate according to European standards, and there is a team of qualified professionals who make sure these standards are observed. The manufacturing methods meet all the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), while products for clinical trials are produced in accordance with the guidelines of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and GMP. We are already gradually implementing the successive stages in expanding our manufacturing facilities in planning the production of further preparations. The increase in production capacity goes hand in hand with our consistent implementation of the latest drug-production technologies in order to ensure the highest-possible quality in our products.

Currently, our Sales Department consists of Medical Sales Representatives and Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, whose task it is to inform and promote within the medical and pharmaceutical environments. Our sales representatives support the medical and pharmaceutical environment in technical, logistical, and administrative matters. This department, like others in the Company, is constantly growing, and creating new jobs.

Thanks to this constant development, our Company can guarantee its employees interesting jobs, which allow them to raise their qualifications and receive additional training and competitive salaries with a bonus system, as well as medical care and comfortable employment conditions. Sales activities are supported by the expanding marketing department.
When it comes to the registration of new drugs, we closely cooperate with leading clinical centres at medical universities and scientific institutes in Poland and abroad. The research work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the procedures applicable in the European Union.
